Our 2026 league will start on May 5 and end September 15. The league is now full.
This season our ladies league will be able to book 8 days before league days (ie – April 27 booking for May 5 and so on) so mark your calendars with the necessary dates. Bookings open at 7:00 am. Ladies should have received an email with confirmation of Tee-On and Golf Canada (if recording a handicap). If you haven’t received your email, please contact membership@mwlgc.ca.
On day 7 before league day, the course goes out to the public. (on Tuesday mornings at 7:00 am, 7 days before league day, the tees times will be open to the public to book. You can still book a tee time for Tuesday’s inside of 7 days in advance but must use the “public” play to book. (not league play)) If you did need to book outside of the league times, you can do this on day 7 and will be booked as “public” play.
Day league will play approximately between 7:43 – 10:44 am and Business Ladies from 3:22 – 6:03 pm. Tee times are subject to change by the golf course. If there are openings or last-minute cancellations, the course may move golfers later, up to 3 tee times, to keep the league women playing together. There is the occasional time where public player(s) may be playing with some ladies. *Remember cancellations less than 3 hours before a tee time has a cancellation fee.
If you have a group of 2, 3, or 4, one of you can book one tee time, not multiple. These will be monitored as we need to be fair to all our members since we only have so many tee times and one day to book. Singles or less than 4 golfers will find tee times where you can book with other ladies. This reminds that your Tee-On criteria need to be set to allow your names to be viewed for tee times. This is a requirement by our league and helps know who people are golfing with. In addition, you should set your criteria to be notified by the course should there be any last-minute cancellations due to weather (it happens).
We have a great roster of new members to our league, so please, past members welcome them and enjoy meeting new members. For our new members, you will receive emails notifying you of your Tee-On registration and if you chose to record a handicap, from Golf Canada.

Weekly Proximity Prizes
Proximity prizes each week will be held in the Pro Shop and winners will be listed on our website under Weekly and Tournament Winners. These can be picked up the following week after each league day
